Ingredients

100g (4oz) pecan nuts finely chopped
1 tsp mixed spice
1 pack Goldenfry Yorkshire Pudding and Pancake Mix
Maple syrup
Vanilla ice-cream to serve

Method

  1. Make up the pancake batter as directed adding the finely chopped pecan nuts and mixed spice.
  2. Cook the pancakes as directed and serve warm with maple syrup and a scoop of vanilla ice-cream.
