Ingredients
Goldenfry Yorkshire Pudding & Pancake Mix – make 8 pancakes as per pack instructions
100g (4oz) cater sugar
100g (4oz) butter
Finely grated rind of 1 washed orange
Juice of 2 oranges
1-2 tbsp Grand Marnier/Brandy
Method
- Place the sugar, butter, orange rind and juice in a frying pan. Heat gently until the sugar dissolves. Simmer for 5-10 minutes until the sauce becomes syrupy.
- Slide a pancake into the sauce and heat. Fold into 4 and place onto a hot dish. Repeat with the other pancakes.
- Add the liqueur to the remaining sauce and pour over the pancakes. Serve immediately.
