Preparation and Usage
Preparation Guidelines
Pour boiling water onto the Goldenfry Gravy Granules, stirring all the time, using a whisk. For thicker gravy simply add more granules. Once prepared the gravy can be stored in a bain marie (63°C or above) for up to 4 hours.
To Make: 1 Litre, Gravy Granules: 72g (approx 4 heaped tbsp.), Boiling Water: 1 Litre, Suggested Number of Servings (50ml): 20
To Make: 3 Litres, Gravy Granules: 216g (approx 12 heaped tbsp.), Boiling Water: 3 Litres, Suggested Number of Servings (50ml): 60
To Make: 5 Litres, Gravy Granules: 360g (approx 20 heaped tbsp.), Boiling Water: 5 Litres, Suggested Number of Servings (50ml): 100
