Preparation and Usage
How to Prepare
1. Place 1 rounded tablespoon (20g) of gravy powder in a small pan and mix to a smooth paste with a little cold water taken
from 280ml (1/2 pint).
2. Add remaining water and bring to boil and simmer for 1-2 minutes stirring all the time.
For extra flavour add the meat juices from your roast or use vegetable stock instead of water.
